The Easytherm 1 is a small and handy microprocessor controlled induction heater for heating small components including bearings up to 10 kg. It is easy to use and portable, ideal to use on location.

 

The Easytherm 2 is a small powerful microprocessor controlled induction heater for heating small components including bearings up to 40 kg. The robust case is optional and makes it ideal to use on location.

 

The Easytherm 3.5 is an induction heater with an ergonomic pivoting yoke. To be used for the professional mounting of a range of parts, including bearings. The Easytherm 3.5 is also available without pivoting yoke.

 

The Easytherm 15 is a powerful, 460 Volt, stationary, induction heater with ergonomic pivoting yoke. To be used for the professional mounting of a range of parts including bearings. Typically used in maintenance shops and production areas.

 

The Easytherm 30 is a powerful, 460 Volt, stationary, induction heater with ergonomic pivoting yoke. To be used for the professional mounting of a range of parts including bearings. Typically used in maintenance shops and production areas.

 

The Easytherm 60 is a robust powerful 460 Volt stationary induction heater, to be used for the professional mounting of heavy parts including bearings, typically used in maintenance shops and production areas.The Easytherm 60 can be assembled into an ergonomic production machine for specific parts using the optional lift installation (see optional parts).

 

The Easytherm 100 is a robust powerful 460 Volt stationary induction heater, to be used for the professional mounting of heavy parts. With easy to mount lift installation and rail system for the parts, the Easytherm 100 can be assembled to an ergonomic production machine.

 

The Easytherm 250 is a very robust and powerful 460 Volt stationary microprocessor controlled induction heater, to be used for the professional mounting of a range of heavy parts including bearings up to 3000 kg. The Easytherm 250 is a custom made product. Parts up to 10.000 kg can be heated with a modification of the coil. When press mounting is not an option the Easytherm 250 offers the solution.
