Product Description
A dispersion of a premium ceramic compound in an air drying bonding resin. It provides high temperature ubrication and release properties when oils and greases cannot be used. The coating is non-toxic and non-staining. Spanjaard Spatter Release #639 Ceramic provides a stable lubricating film at temperatures of -20oC to 350oC. The ceramic component will act as a dry lubricant up to 1000oC (or higher if air access is reduced).

Application Instruction
1. Thoroughly clean and degrease the component to be treated.
2. Shake the aerosol can vigorously for one minute after the agitator balls are free. Apply a thin coat to dry surface from a distance of + 30cm, using a uniform sweeping motion.
3. Touch dry in less than 2 minutes. Full cure is achieved at room temperature for 24 hours or at 200˚C for one hour.
4. After use, invert the can and spray for 3 seconds to clear the nozzle.
